I said this around three years ago. I give you a tester, an inside story of sort.
100% confirmed, told to my brother by someone who is an officer with in a department based on KPT premises.
He said he has to give half of his earnings to MQM. Directly to the Governor Abad.

It is a huge business for them, mega corruption stream.
