Minverva Trust and Indian Connection???

Here is some more info on Minerva Trust (founded in Jersy, Channel Islands) after some Googling. Apparently the co-founder (with Miriam?) is also linked with Meghraj Group.

What is the connection of Minerva with Meghraj group (founded in 1992 in Mumbai according to Bloomberg but 1973 per their own website)???

I don't know about the connections, I know for a fact these kind of companies provide full telephone and postage services for a fees. So number could be central giving a receptionist's services, which provides the illusion that the company is actually based there, but the receptionist has the list of such clients and transfers the calls to their given numbers. It is common in London.
