First every party need to educate workers not throw rubbish, second cleaning cost must be paid by the parties who used it PTI, PAT, PPP,PML-N or whatsoever.

I did not expect this being a PAT member. We are better than that but I guess that is what happens when your party starts to stretch out to the 'Awaam'. It is not just PAT workers who attend our jalsa's anymore, the common Pakistanis have also started coming so our management must do the hardwork afterwards.

Cleaning cost must be paid by the party whos jalsa was there.
Or they have to clean it like it was handed to them......
