انھوں نے کہا کہ ان اطلاعات سے پاکستان کے مقتدر اداروں کے بارے میں بہت سے شکوک و شبہات جنم لیتے اور یہ ان اداروں کی اپنی ساکھ کے مفاد میں ہے کہ ایسی خبروں کی بھرپور تحقیق کرائی جائے۔
عاصمہ جہانگیر نے کہا کہ پاکستان کے کئی علاقوں میں لوگوں کی گمشدگیوں اور قتل ہونے کے الزامات پاکستان کے سکیورٹی اداروں پر عائد کیے جاتے ہیں جن کو اس طرح کی خبروں سے تقویت ملتی ہے۔
انھوں نے کہا کہ وقت آ گیا کہ ایسے تمام الزامات کا سنجیدگی سے جائزہ لیا جائے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ آئین کے تحت پاکستان کی ریاست اور حکومت کی یہ بنیادی ذمہ داری کہ تمام شہریوں کو جان و مال کا تحفظ فراہم کیا جائے۔

yar jab fiji operation k doran terrorist pakray jatay hain tou unko "AGHWAA" nahi kaha jata... or na hi foj say expect kia jata hay k vo unko ilaqa SHO k hawalay kar day....

speak not like cheap justice whose aim of life is to criticise pak army and save the noora brothers.

though i have a status of newbie here, but am not as such...

kindly ainda koi member army k khilaaf koi post na karay....indians also roam around this site... my humble request as a pakistani.... we serve none by doing such.

Now they started demanding money to release the person, see the Sare Aam last program. The AVCC dept officer was demanding 100,000 from a rickshaw driver family!
even the Naval intelligence officers got involved in the kidnapping of a karachi trader demanded 5 million, CPLC caught them red handed, see link.

Some officers and an activist of the naval intelligence had formed a gang which was kidnapping traders and industrialists and receiving a huge ransom. The kidnapped persons used to be kept in the headquarters of naval intelligence, adjacent to the Chief Minister’s House.

Rana sahib you are right, arresting is not kidnapping, with the same token kidnapping is not arresting. There is something called "Habeas Corpus", which means after arresting, the arresting authorities must present the person under arrest in front of a judge within 24 hours of arrest.

Rana sahib you are right, arresting is not kidnapping, with the same token kidnapping is not arresting. There is something called "Habeas Corpus", which means after arresting, the arresting authorities must present the person under arrest in front of a judge within 24 hours of arrest.

There are laws by which they can be presentedinfront oflocal judge and keep extending remand, herein balochistan issue is not "missing persons", mostly the family members of Missing person knows that they are in Afghanistan to train for BLA,etc... some may not know what their stupid kid is doing, but mostly do, as they get money also...but what they do not tell or like to believe is after being used the BLA trained are eliminated for many reasons, and it happens all over the world like this..after kiilling the bodies are dump..in a specific way to malign forces , but sometimes when they are still alive and get arrested by agencies they become useless for the BLA and its backers so they get killed, thus ISI who arrested last time but released them is blamed.The narrative is stupid as it gets that agengies (ISI or MI) came to arrest, well when asked how you know? they were wearing uniforms, for agencies like ISI its stupid to arrest someone to kill but wear uniform to arrest come on give them a break.....second narrative is they were speaking punjabi...well FC has mostly Pushtoon... and they can be sent to such places for disguise...but if punjabi then you see Indian punjabis and Pakistani punjabis look same as they are same breed creed and caste just religion is different... thats what my take is CJ knows that what Punjabis do in quetta and how they are treated , we call them settlers also and many non baloch settlers are living there since 1920
