You obviously don't understand the difference between a person being called terrorist for his terrorist act (like Modi) and blaming an individual's act on a community.
Obama said he will not blame "entire community", but the person's who killed people senselessly are still called terrorist. So MODI is a terrorist, we have no right to call all hindus terrorist, so just like Obama said, we cannot say Hindu Terrorism. We will call the person who committed the terrorist act a terrorist. Therefore, Modi is a terrorist, and we have to call him one too, or else people will consider him friendly.
