There are millions of Afghan refugees in Pakistan so it is easy for Afghan intelligence agents to mingle among them.What irritates me is that
Afghanistan has anti-Pakistan policies and allows India to fund and train terrorists on its territory yet Afghanistan does not want these refugees back.Afghanistan should ask America and India to give it money and take its own national back.We can not force these refugees to return to Afghanistan as this is against UN conventions.We need to get modern technology ie face recognition,mobile phone surveillance systems,cctv etc.
