Major Shoaib, saved 2 men before embracing Shahadat

Maj Shoaib who survived the Mi 17 crash with 90% burns left for his eternal abode yesterday.

After the crash he pulled out 2 men who have both survived. He was evacuated to Kharian Army burn hospital. He asked about Amir, his co pilot and coursemate who didnt survive the crash. He told his wife to take care of his mother and 2 daughters. Multiple swellings and infections finaly took him from us. His heroic act of valor in saving his crew while he himself burned will be not be forgotten..

زندگی سے پیار اور جینے کی تمنا اِنسان کی جبلت میں داخل ہے۔ ہم نجانے جینے کیلیئے کیا کُچھ نہیں کر گُزرتے۔ ہمارے اطراف میں کِتنے ہی لوگ ایسے ہیں جو اپنی کھال بچانے حتیکہ چار پیسے بچانے کیلیئے کتنے معصوموں کی جان سے کھیل جاتے ہیں، آئے روز راہ چلتے لوگوں کے سروں پر گِرتے پُل اِسکے گواہ ہیں لیکن جو شخص اپنی جینے کی آرزو کو کُچل کر کِسی دوسرے کی زندگی بچا جائے یقیناً اُسے ہی شہید کہا جاتا ہے اور میجر صاحب اُن میں سے ایک تھے۔​

Thanks for asking bro.
Its simple, we have to get over the emotional attachment with the army we have and think once for real and see what is wrong and what we should do. I say this because our young officers are not as bad as those generals above them and if we can make the leadership of this army islam loving and without fear from amrika, then i am sure that this army would be a pride for all muslim ummah. Until that happens, i am not much hopeful regarding this. So, i disliked to protest the emotional blackmailing being done in this thread. We all love the army but we have to make the changes. I hope you understand my point
