My experience of tabdeeli: Today I lodged a complain against CDA, they were not supplying water from a week and when I went to tube well they were being supplied water through Simli damn but it seemed they were sending it to commercial businesses who were bribing them instead of homes, the line man became rude with me saying Jo ker saktae ho ker loo paani nahee dena.

I downloaded the citizen portal app and lodged the complain, within 4 hours the same line man called telling app nae Wazir e Azam ko complain ker dee DG nae mujhae direct phone ker k Baatien sunayien, maeree naukri ka kia ho ga and was of tone he will supply water in future. More over CDA sent me a free water tanker for water refill and the tankers wala were saying Kahan call key app nae oopar sae wazire Azam k daftar sae call ayee k foran paani poohanchaoo....

I have voted PTI for 3 times in my constituency (3 times election in 5 years in my area) and I feel proud of it now Thank you Imran khan. Without having big taluqats I was able to get my issue resolved and that through Prime minister office. First time as a citizen I felt my vote for change has power :)

However, this is not a scalable model. Soon whole country will start complaining and the service will deteriorate. Its too soon to expect PTI government to fix these issues, but I hope we see improvement in coming days.

Bro there is a team which forwards to relevant departments. A friend of mine posted today that he lodged a complaint where someone constructing the house was covering the road with the construction material. Within one day the relevant authorities got the road cleared up.

True to an extent, but what could also happened is that people may correct their behaviour if they know there will be a complaint about them. If you know you can be held accountable you will correct your behaviour.
