now the important question is, why did Hameed Gul bribe Nawaz shareef, sheikh rasheed and many other rich politicians as well if the above was the reason?
the strange coincidence is that, in 1988, the zia supported establishment was making anti PPP front (IJI) in order to defeat PPP, it was bribing the important politicians. PPP was the powerful party in Sindh and MQM in urban Sindh, so by bribing MQM, the establishment, ISI and the pak army wanted to subdue PPP in SIndh through MQM which failed and to this day MQM paying for it.
