Interesting point to ponder:-

despite poor poor desperately poor governance the State of Pakistan has survived and even improved so this begets 2 questions.

1-How important are the governments and who really runs the country???

2-If the same forces were not running the safety and security in times of such a ghastly poor governance times what would have been the alternate results???
