All the departments of Government involve in the corruption, They create Haramies and dont take any tax from them and don't monitor them too. They make money from these kind of people. Its very good the example of two chour came out (Aleem Khan) and Malik Riaz. Even they hire people of Army and Civil Administration and their kids too.

You do have a valid point here. Any money flowing from the rich to the poor is a good thing. I agree with you. Further, this money was spent within the country, and not taken or sent outside Pakistan.
