This actually does work extremely well. I tried it and it substantially reduced the chest tightness and consequently the shortness of breath. I also had to sleep on my belly to reduce the pressure on my lungs. Just recovered 3 days ago. Alhamdulillah, all symptoms gone including the fever. It was a whole 10 days of agony.

It must have been horrible experience. How long the fever stayed in 24 hours period ?

Adeel is a well known PTI supporter. Over the time , he realized that the Bongi Khan is a fake commando and actual in charge is the fat ass Bajwa with stick . So.now all the pottyheads like you scream and cry and I hear a lot of noise about the fairness and what not. However, by looking at your ID, I thought you quit Ghafoora Force and really become a decent person of the society, forgetting all together that pottyhead will even curse their own parents if commanded by Bongi from Bani Gala. Once pottyhead, always potty favour.

Businessmen are no ones supporters they only worship money and how to escape tax net. He was only using Pti support to grow business because Pti have educated and 90% overseas people thats why forum is english. Now he is against pti government because he has to pay tax, he has to follow the law and no money laundering allowed. Adeel is Tahir Ul Qadiri supporter because they both live in canada. Pmln and ppp supporters cant read and write in english so hes made it in urdu from last year to help you guys. Try some experiment and you will see your self. Corrupt mafia rules

Wow , there is a lot of stuff you put out against Adeel. I am not Adeel's spoke person, however, I think there are lot of misinformation and accusations without any proof. As far as I know him and have been the member of this website for a long time, he is definitely PTI supporter, was and still is . I don't know about TUQ and his relationship but you can't make them friend or enemy only because of the vicinity. Writing in English is not any smarter, it is the contents which counts and the arguments one can support with relative information. There are lots of PTI supporter who use Urdu as well as English to post , I see lot of good Urdu posts with good logic and argument . You can also see lot of 3rd rated members post lot of trash and profanities and majority of them are also PTI supporters.
One thing is for sure that this website has lost its lustre and become a trash site like the rest of many of internet sites. It used to be very well moderated and lots of swift actions were taken against members who write garbage and spread filth. It is no longer a website with its recent policy of letting all posts stay without any deterrence.

It definitely was horrible. It felt as if I was hit by a truck. Fever would come and go. Had to control it wit paracetamol 1000 mg every 6 hrs. I was advised to keep having meds irrespective of whatever the fever was. Fever would come down for a couple of hours and then shoot up again so I had to use cold sponging to bring it down.
My first symptom was dihoreah, then sore throat and then fever with dry cough. With fever I had tightness of chest and some shortness of breath. Trust me, no one ever wants to experience that agony. It's not a joke. I hate it when people start making fun about COVID-19. No one is invincible. Fever and dihoreah went away on the 9th day and cough remained for another 4 days.

Wow, Thank God you are okay . I heard the same that fever stays with you almost 24 hrs and the body aches like hell. Which is definitely no fun . May Allah keep us all safe and healthy.
