Yeh mushkil kaam hai for Pakistani government. Because what will you do if the IP addresses are across international borders? And IP addresses are not a sure fire way of identifying someone. They are just IP Addresses. For example, you are sitting in at a starbucks in Toronto, free WiFi. You sit there sip your coffee and blog away. The IP Address is canadian and it is from a starbucks. And let's be honest here, Why would Canada bother to trace some guy for a crime like Blasphemy!? In a freedom loving country such things are laughed at as ancient.

But on the off chance the IP addresses belong to somebody in Pakistan; then too its not straightforward. For example you are sitting at your Home, using a WiTribe Connection that's registered on your Dada Jaan's CNIC. lol. Guess who they will come to catch once they tally WiTribe logs, that is IF WiTribe actually keeps logs this long. ISPs don't assign static IP addresses, they are dynamic. They change.

All this is still only possible if Facebook servers actually give you the offending IP addresses, with the full knowledge that in Pakistan Penal code the sentence is death for Blasphemy. If Facebook helps in such a way to identify people, facebook itself will face tremendous backlash from the rest of the freedom loving world.

Identifying Individuals and punishing them is NOT the right answer. The answer is to let things be the way they are. Alternatively you can block certain facebook pages. But I am not the Pakistani who endorses government censorship.

ھزاروں افسر شاہی روزانہ کی بنیاد پر پاکستان کی غریب عوام کی دولت لوٹ رھے ہین
یہ افسر شاہی نمازین بھی پڑھتے ہین اور سنت رسول بھی منہ پر سجای ھوی ھے
اسلام کو جس طرح روزانہ اپنے پیروں تلے روندتے ھوے چلے جاتے ہین ایسی مثال یو کافروں کے ملک مینُ بھی نہیں ملتی ھے
آن حرامخوروں کو عقل شاید قیامت کے دن ہی آے گی​
