You can disagree to any decision of the Courts.You can criticize judiciary in good faith too. You can appeal against the decisions of lower courts in High Courts, and against the decisions of High Courts in Supreme Court. But, you can't stop the implementation of the judgement of the highest court (SC) of the country. Do you get it?

When highest Court says that no blasphemy was committed, you don't have any option but to accept it. If they (SC) made a mistake unintentionally, Allah will still give them reward (as mentioned in Sahih Muslim). If they made mistake intentionally, Allah will punish them on the day of judgement. Finally, Whosoever (Khadim, Afzal, or anyone else) creates hurdles in the implementation of the orders of the highest court should be fucked up by the State.Sharia gives the right to the State (not to any individual) to behead such Fasaadies.
