LHC gives Zardari another chance to either step down as co-chairman of the PPP or stop using the pre

Today, Lahore High Court has issued its details judgement on two posts hold by Zardari.

It has given until 5th September to Zardari to leave one post. If he failed to comply action would be taken against him.

I think court should take a back seat on political decision. This is no good for courts in longer term. Especially PPP will use this against Punjab province saying that only Punjab courts has problem with Zardari.

Zardari will go by default in few months so do not see any reason to remove him through courts.

That is a terrible verdict. Zardari must not be given over 2 months. The verdict should have been with 'immediate effect'

but anyway, appeal will be filed anyway

I don't know according to which law they have issued this when constitution doesn't say anything on this matter. It seems like PML N courts.
