Hmm, 200K is not a big thing for an apartment, especially in Manhattan.

Najam Sethi has been running Vanguard Books since late 70's and a weekly Friday Times for the past 15 or so years. Plus, Ali Aziz Sethi wrote a Novel which did quite well from what I heard thanks to Hamish Hamilton imprint (For those who don't know the prestige for it, then go google).

Najam Sethi has very odd and interesting circle of friends, and it is not easy for him to keep wealth under his name abroad.
