The below news article is related to MQM and Karachi but it got published only in Lahore edition of Express.

This news item is on the front page of Lahore edition whereas it no where to be seen in Karachi edition not in front neither on back.

Now if the news is related to Karachi what is the reason behind putting it in Lahore edition, why not just skip it.
