Well he is giving his personal opinion and there is no harm in that.
I read somewhere that Sahaba with the permission of Hazrat Muhammad SAW used a method called Azal. In which they did not discharge inside the vigina. Rather discharged the semen outside. Let me find the source and I will try to mention it.

Dr Zakir is wrong. Pakistan's biggest problem is unchecked population growth. We have more mouths to feed now, then the resources available.
Everyone is crying that there is no electricity, no gas, shortage of clean drinking water, food price inflation, pollution, crime etc. But nobody is pointing out that It is because now there are too many people demanding the limited resources. If our population was capped at 10 karore, we would have none of these problems.
Allah has granted us aqal. As Dr Javed Iqbal said, read quran in its historical context. In 600AD when quran was revealed the population was very thin, so its reasonable that population growth was promoted. But now we are at the opposite end, and there is a need to use ijtihad, rather then blindly following a solution to 600AD problem.

just wants to update in last heatwave in karachi only in 10 days 20000 ACs are been sold worth 1 billion rupees approx
just image how much power u need to run those 20000 Acs 9 ams in 20000 = 180000 amps and then we are crying for load shedding
