Idiot journalist
When it comes to IK-love, that's where you and I disagree. On everything else I find your views very reasonable.
Can you please elaborate the wisdom IK provided that opposition can't make laws. Isn't that in a Parliament, a good bill can be tabled by a MNA of opposition as much as of the majority party?
If IK and PTI had tabled "good" bills to make them into laws and if then PMLN would have voted them down, IK would then have some point. But in this case, IK & PTI have hardly goen to the parliament and hardly tabled any bills - and in the end IK says that making laws is not the job of opposition MNAs.
 - this playboy is such an idiot.
Either you are a simpleton, or just feigning ignorance.
There is no concept of bipartisan politics in Pakistan. A bill tabled by the opposition is passed only if the ruling party agrees with it. PMLN has a simple majority, and will never pass a bill that threatens to take Sharif to task.
PTI in the past 3 years tabled accountability bill for parliamentarians 4 times, and it got knocked down 4 times.
Computerised polling bill was tabled as well. Regulation was approved in 2013 by Zardari. And it still hasnt been passed, and wont be.
Why? because the above bills threaten the corrupt core of the elite segment of our society, of which Sharifs and Zardaris are a part.
Now you tell me how do you define a 'good bill'?
And finally, I mentioned this previously as well. In order to be taken seriously, you have to drop the street language.
A good bill is any bill tabled by PTI. End of.
We're digressing slightly - the point of discussion is IK saying opposition doesn't make the laws. Unfortunately, this is wrong and defeatist. Opposition can bring a bill and if it gets passed by the house then opposition lawmaker gets the credit for tabling that bill.
If IK's point is to be taken that PTI is already defeated on all the good bills it's moved, then what is IK going back in the parliament for today?
Try to understand the one simple, specific point I'm trying to make: Whether the country is corrupt or not, each MNA whether in majority party or in opposition has equal obligation to be a lawmaker, no matter how certain he is that the majority will reject his bill, he should still play his part in the lawmaking process whilst even being in this disadvantaged opposition.
IK said otherwise and by just saying "opposition doesn't make laws" IK can't cover-up his and PTI's total shambles of a performance of the last 3.5 years.
