Siddiqui g, thanks but no thanks. I discovered Sharifs through the absurdity of propaganda and rhetoric of their detractors; they have their factories in front of you and you call them looters, they win elections and you call them dictators, they were chased out of the country by a coward General, and now you have the nerve to ask why do they have their businesses abroad. You have investigated them over and over again, haven't found anything to punish them, and yet you keep on repeating the same charges for ever.

I believe Sharifs are the best thing that happened in Pakistan since its creation. I hope they can hang in there and do some good.

Such stories seem to be invented by Railway Engineers like Ikramullah Niazi who sold those railway lines to some scrap dealers and then blamed Sharifs for their mischiefs. No, as a civilian, you cannot get away with anything of that size unless some powerful Govt Officers pillage them and channel them through the black market.

No, Ittefaq was nationalized in 1972, Zia took it over in 1977, when he denationalized it 1979 there was not much left in it, and Sharifs were already moving into other businesses.
