کوئی اپنے تیں جو مرضی کہتا رہے - تعلیم کی اصل صورت حال یونیورسٹیوں کی حالت اور ان کے تعلیمی میعار سے ہی نظر آتی - یہ ٢٠١٨ کی رینکنگ ہے جو مسلسل بولنے والوں کی اصل اور بھیانک حقیقت دکھا رہی ہے - جو عوامی جمہوریہ انٹرنٹیہ پر مہکتے لہلہاتے سبز باغوں سے کافی مختلف ہے ​

Different ranking agencies have very different criteria to calculate these rankings, e.g. QS and Times Higher Education (THE) rankings. At QS MIT is at top while at THE ranks Oxford the top university.

If you take QS rankings and check for India, 3 of its universities sit in top 200 and in Engineering & Technology category total of 6 universities sit in top 200, IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay at 71 and 78 while 4 others at 107, 110, 129, and 150.

I can safely infer that your thread is purely based on your bias and your only intention was to point finger at KPK just because PU is at top in your provided list.

By the way, just as important as the higher education is, the main focus around the world has always been at the primary education to children. This is true that we have to improve our higher education standards to compete the world and you cannot single out any university. By the way, HEC is responsible for making sure that standards are meet by each institution/university.

By the way, just recently, UET Peshawar won the bid to establish two of the affiliated labs for National Center for Artificial Intelligence, funded by HEC. NUST won the bid to establish this center and PU won only bid for one affiliated lab. UET Lahore and CIIT Islamabad will also be establishing only one each, while NED and NUST will be among the others to build two labs.

I guess actions speaks louder than the word.
