It's not only limited to that but any Government Tenders so many times people in the 'right' places and with the 'right' information use to 'enrich' themselves & their families & their cronies. Anything & everything pertaining to KPK Government can be 'requested' by any 'ordinary' KPK or Pakistani Citizen or Resident. To every 'legislation' there are two very important parts to it 1) to make it 'legally' binding and 2) the 'implementation & enforcement' without the two the paper this legislation printed on is only good enough to 'wipe' someone's 'caboose'.
