Things have improved significantly but you cant change peoples behavior over night. There are always going to be the odd cases like this. Happens everywhere even in the most efficiently policed societies. At the end of the day these are humans, you will have good ones and bad. The important thing is to build a system where transgressors are punished

khair chlo one side story sunai gai , agr sahe hai tu galat hai action lena chahye aur umeed hai le lia gya ho ga jese pehle b cases ay foran se action liya gya 100s of police walon ko suspend b kia ja chuka hai ... tu aik case dekh kr khna police nakam tu jahil ka lafz istimal krny k ilawa koi chara ni ho ga pir tu ap k liye
