Please Khan Sahib, make a team of very highly skilled professionals. Hire from overseas if you cannot find good local people. You cannot execute your vision without a team. You can have a chance to be Erdougan or Mahatar of KPK and to this day you are not even close. Don't ruin your chance. You still have 18 or so months to do something big. Reduce your obsession with Nihari league and focus mainly on KPK. Spend at least four out of five working days overseeing the work in KPK. Do surprise visits, and walk around with a "stick in your hand" (not literally but figuratively) ....

Can someone close to him tell him that? He has shunned all of us who are critical to his performance and instead surrounded himself with khus-amdis including blind followers inside AND outside of Pakistan ...

Without accountability and sweeping reforms in KPK, PTI is a flop. A few surkhi poder here and there (police improvement etc etc which he keeps mentioning) are nothing in lieu of the aspirations the young generation placed in him. Looks like Imran Khan has given up his altruistic dream and has settled to make PTI yet another political party swimming in the same dirty pond of Pakistan's politics. At least he's trying and his intentions are clear, I swear I would stand behind Nawaz and Shebaz with full support if I felt they were actually trying to improve and work for the country instead of lining their own pockets, even after 30 years if incompetence, because we a person can only try, success is only granted by the will of God

But you don't see even 0.1% of intention of good governance from them, every thing they do is a PR stunt or to make money for themselves. Its called incapability more than truth. The only commitment of PTI with people was accountability and now if leader admitting his guilt mean he must resign and have someone else from PTI as Chairman who have more assertion.
