Whats so ever you give these government employees they will always act like paracites, doing nothing from 8 to 5 always looking in clock after 1pm when it will be 5pm, and then run away from office. I support another idea to make them productive and I am sure it will work both for employees and government.

Take all benefits from them like houses, concessions in utilities etc. Increase their salaries for 10000 to 15000 and revise their contract to probation at 1 year. You will see change.

No agriculture tax and no tax on rich people. Increase in pay for government employees which are only 2% but what about others who work day and night.

Only 10% of its land is cultivatable..... and people have no agricultural income in millions like punjab......(thumbsdown)(thumbsdown)
And that is why people of KPK are enough free to elect "NEW" people every time.....

Raising salaries is not something to be clapped at. There is no point in raising salaries, if that has to be paid via Printing currency notes. With this approach raising salaries backfire as the price of commodities go sky high.

Pir you are spot on... 15% increase in salary , and there will 30% hike in commodities prices. All useless.

Both Federal & Provincial Govt should bring more people into tax net,,,, Butchers, hairdresser, retail shops, hotels,resutrants and all other private business can generate billions in tax revenues if they are brought under tax net.

The Concept of "Reciept" need to be introduced, and the Govt should have the ability to scan through each business revenue on monthly basis. This would help each province generate billions from these businesses.
