many supporters of a certain party maintain that imran khan should stick to cricket with the same note should not these business tycoons do the same ,,,,,,,,not that i agree however logistically it would be impractical for businesses not to use government machinery ...as all business grow the government's involvement is inevitable and that is where corruption issues will surface even if it is all innocent ,,,,besides i do not believe that conflict of interest would not be apparent ,,,
honestly ask yourself if your livelihood is threatened and government departments are available to ease the threat or completely take it away you gonna say NO highly unlikely that you will allow millions of rupees of transactions to be lost ,,,and frankly speaking the government would do its best to assist the business from folding,,,
so mr salman you sound like an astute intelligent entrepreneur so i would suggest that you leave your business and apply your skills in government,,i mean surely selling of your assets would enable several generations of your direct families to survive ,,,therefore allowing you to concentrate purely on the state of pakistan and helping to eradicate poverty from pakistan ,,,,now that would be a grand gesture

Salman Shahbaz has lied in your programme.

Please investigate Ittefaq Foundry never had 6,000 manpower in 1970.

Ittefaq foundry was never Pakistan’s biggest steel industry in 1970.

Ittefaq Foundry had around 60 to 70 people, and Ittefaq Foundry was equipped with cupola furans (traditional type of bhatti to melt steel scrap) and a rolling mill.

Seven brothers of Mian Shareef (father of Nawaz and Shahbaz) were the owner of that Ittefaq foundry. If you divide the whole asset among Mian Shareef and his brothers, each brother would never have more than RS. 30,000 to RS. 35,000 per head, let’s make it RS. 50,000.

Ittefaq foundry was not nationalize because of its business volume, rather it was the revenge of the fight between Ghulam Mustafa Khar and Sharif family, who fought in Herra Mandi while both the groups were watching dance (Mujrah) and conflict erupted during money throwing over the dancer. Ghulam Mustafa Khar influenced nationalization team to nationalize Ittefaq Foundry as well.

After the nationalization of Ittefaq Foundry, PPP government spent huge amount of money to bring it up to the modern steel factory level by installing the Arc Furnas, upgrading the whole infrastructure etc. etc. Zia had just gifted Ittefaq Foundry to Shareef family. While Pakistan Engineering Company (PECO), owned by Admiral (Rtd.) C.M. Latif, which was a huge steel factory prior to its nationalization, was never returned back to Admiral C.M. Latif, in spite of his request to the Zia Government.

The only program where they really grilled Salman Shehbaz. Otherwise I saw his interview with Kamran Shahid and Kamran Shahid invited him to just give his speech and sermon.
