We are being requested by the world to accept this meagre sum of 5 million when other such as Saudi arabia or us or england and even Australia gave hundres of millions of Doolars, not like cheap India, but the real problem is Kashmir. Indian rather kill than Allow Kashmiris to decide for them selves once for all who Kashmiris want be with.

Is this too much to ask to so called biggest Democracy of the world.

The money, $5M, was not given as aid. It was given to smooth a way for negotiation. Because Mr Singh can see that Pakistan will be rising again soon after new election in 2.5 years, iof Zardari holds a FREE election. This is a down payment from Singh to th eupcoming hopefully new govt in Pakistan.
