Nothing new this has been already narrated by many Pakistani Civil and Military officials in their books. That was the only moment in the history of Pakistan to liberate Kashmir. During China-India war A Chinese foreign office official visited to a Pakistani official (I don't remember the names or designations) at midnight while Pakistani was sleeping and gave the message of Chinese Government. Between the lines the message was if Pakistan want Kashmir attack on Indian occupied Kashmir. India was not in the position to defend. But Pakistani elite missed the chance.
