Graduation condition for the mna's and mpa's was a right step ,at least educated people go to the parliament -understand the constitution and make any amendment if necassary .what the hell an illiterate will do there when he is not capable to understand the law.People go in the parliament to work for the benfit of the common person but illiterate will just watch and sit there for nothing.In the west each and every mna is graduate and post gradute.I heard there are around 160 mna's with fake degrees in the parliament.Thats kind of people we send in the parliament who are the bggest liars and corrupt.You cannot hold bye-election for that many mna's .Let the mid-term election be held on graduation condition.This time parties should scrutnise the honest and educated people run for election.I dont agree with Hamid MIr if mid-term election held,sky will fall,nothing will happen but instead a new and honest govt might take place.In the west its very common to hold election after 2 to 3 years.Lets give a chance for new elections,people cannot afford to see this damn corrupt,dishonest and anti-state govt.ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

where is the punishment of jamshed dastee according to cort of law.

I 100% agree and seriously angree with the judiciary because why the did not reacted and imposed any punishment on a criminal (jamshed dastee and others) on the spot specially while jamshed dastee had accpted his crime before the chief justice of pakistan. After his free from the supreme court he immediately resigned and went to the chain of the same thoughts donkeys. No one is raising the question of punishment of the jamshed dastees heinous crime so he is re elected under the new electoral law. Honorable Supreme court is still sleeping ?

punishment against making, holding , using of the jalee degrees and enjoying of the parliament perks over it must be ensured firstly against such criminals that they could not able to hide under the umbrella of the other political party. Because they had been ruined the previous law of the dgree compulsion on elctoral process and elected by fraud. Now politicians are crying that the degree law was made by musharraf which was black law, why they did not reacted and refuse to participate in the lections of 2008 it means they only participated in the elction 2008 for the gain of unfair means.

Secondly, shame on all those current students who are still silently spending humdreds of thousands rupees of their parents hard eardned money to get the degree by fullfilling all legal formalities with regaular classes and exams, University Alumini, student organisations must cry on it because educated and gradutes can never be equal to criminal jamshed dastee and other jalee degree holders and must demand for the punishment of jamshed dastee against his unfair thoughts, forged attempt, fradulant act and joke with that time (2008) Electoral law imposed. SHAME ON THOSE WHO ARE FAVORING TO THIS FRAUDSTER. MAY GOD SOME DASTEE TYPICALLY FACE THE OXFORD DEGREE HOLDER IN FUTURE.

i request to the honorable supreme court through this forum, if the supreme court can not give punishment on jalee degrees then please seal all the educational institute and only remain open their degree issuing departments that every one could be able to get the degree without regular classes and study of the syllabus like jamshed dastee who does not kept basic deeni and sharaee knowledge. Please open such doors to get the jalee degrees for others who are innocently wasting there money and time in colleges and universities.

Please dont even compare the greatest leader of indo-pak with the Larkana animals(HAR SHAKH PAY ULLU BAITHA HAY UNJAM-E-GULISTAN KYA HO GA).This is by no mean a comparison.
