yes MQM deserves the charity because if you live in karachi probably you would have seen dozens of MQM's ambulances plying on the roads by now, they even have better bigger ambulances than Edhi and Chippa. they also have funeral bus service which are also very common on the roads

im saying not as an MQM supporter but as one who has seen their ambulances on the road
