I have a hard time believing this.
Major stars charge more than $1 million per show, and Bieber is one of them, as sad as it may sound. 5 crore is half a million, that too in front of a cricket crowd. Dont think Bieber would say yes, considering he already has a tour planned to the UAE in mid 2017.
