Justice Shaukat Siddiqui but his removal not enough, he should but he need to be punished for his crimes as shown below:

• Good decision by the Supreme Judicial Council, approved by the president as now bad fish is out of pool now but it seems that there are many more. .
• He was a know crony of Nawaz Sharif and another Ex Justice Qayyum . He deserves much bigger punishment.
• Creditable sources tell that he is closely related to Irfan Siddiqi, he through various statements gave the definite impression of having a soft corner for Sharif family as well as connections. But a judge should be above the board
• Judges are not to indulge in political activism or promote political ideology of certain political party.It is evident that judge Siddiqi was violating the rules and betraying his OATH his not only removal was long overdue but he need to be punished

• He was talking more like a politician than a judge and deserved to be removed for violating the rules of his oath and ethical standards of his profession.

• "Justice Siddiqui had offered no evidence to support the claims he made" he failed to defend himself with concrete evidence. Allegations without any proof. He was asked to substantiate those allegations. Which he did not.

• Not enough. He needs to be charged and vetted

• All judges & bureaucrats Justice Qayyum type and Justice Shaukat siddiqui type with political affiliations with any party or ties with politicians needs to be vetted and kicked out without benefits

Ihc justice Athar un minnallah is also a very well known judge who works for Nawaz sharif and ex corrupt Cj chaudhry ifthikar ,he worked for him in lawyers movement, he also need to be vetted .

He asked for a commission and open trial so his claims could be investigated but he was denied the open trial and no commission was made. A guilty person wouldn't ask for an open trial or would he?

Secondly in just 2 hearings the whole matter was decided without proper trial. Article 10 A clearly states right to fair trial but how can you call it a fait trial?

Third no reply was sought from the officers allegedly invole or isi. Why? Such a massive accusation and no investigation into the incident?

I am a pti voter but i am also a lawyer, and this decision will be remembered as one of the darkest one in our judicial history where judiciary completely surrendered.

You can go to any district court in Islamabad and you would find plenty of cases against CDA in every court. They are a complete mafia. You can get an idea of their honesty with how much land that has been recovered in Islamabad afrer encroachment operation. More than 3000 kanals. Was CDA sleeping all along that they didn't know? They ignored it because they are part of it.

CJ saab can take suo moto and ask for inquiry twice over a removal of DCO but can't order a inquiry or commission in face of such allegations. Think about it is removal of dco a bigger issue or alleged involvement of third parties in judicial proceedings?

If you dont know this let me tell you that a case against shaukat siddiqui disqualification was already underway for his misuse of funds and he was about to be convicted but before that he gave that statement against establishment in front of lawyers .
He is a known tout of ex cj kana dajjal chaudhry iftikhar was very active for him kn lawyers movement
He is well known for being a Patwari of nawaz Sharif

Sharif mafia has also invested lot of money in Lawyers of different bars and use them for their bad purposes. Many Lawyers bar presidents work for them .

I have to differ. You are playing into the hands of (ex)Justice Siddique.
First, The right of the open trial and demand for the commission is not his automatic right, available to every accused. SJC acted according to the court regulations and your objection has no constitutional basis except to call for emotions. By calling for change of procedures, he expressed lack of trust on the very institution he wished to be a part of. Further he is accused of engaging in propaganda and maligning the courts, political activity and defaming the fellow judges. With these charges why he is to be provided a public forum for the same crimes and misconduct.

Perhaps it is you and J. Siddique who are framing this case in terms of accusations on ISI. However that's not the case.
First he accused CJ of IHC for misconduct and disservice.
Further by stating that CJ was ordered 'not to release before election', he not only questioned/tainted the verdict of nab judges but also prejudged the decision in the following case.
There was no reason for inquiring ISI in this case, as his musing about ISI was a hearsay to accuse CJ. If he had documentary proofs in this regard (phone conversation, letters etc.) he could present to SJC (and further now he is freed from the institutional obligations to present them to the public and media if he has a case.) Lacking documentary proof, it were the words of CJ of isbd court vs. his hearsay that SJC had to look into.
In any case, it is without doubt that a) he exhibited distrust on the court and maligned judges, b) interfered in the court proceeding of the fellow judges with ill intent, c) used a political forum to malign the courts, thus he surely had lost the right to be a member of bench in accordance with the law. Further, his media engagements and propaganda, his open favoritism to Nawaz Shareef (whom he were to help in the following court proceedings) are already part of public knowledge; SJC must had looked into that record before making decision about his misconduct.
