Ch Nissar and judge report

I am not a fan of Sh Rasheed but he once said that there is always a face behind a case.


so this judge all alone sets a new precedent and issues a report that is very critical of Ch Nisarr. my thinking is that it's something to do with NS. if you guys remember during dharma days , Pervaiz Kattan had a covers ati on with Ch Nisarr and both blamed their leaders. PK talked bad about IK and Nisarr talked bad about NS. that conversation was recorded by NS camp and later CH Nisarr was chitrolled quite heavenly by Ch Aitzaz in the presence of NS on the floor of national assembly.


Now in this case , I don't know the reputation of this new judge but can honestly say that no judge is honest in Pakistan and can not use a newspaper clipping as evidence mainly because such case precedent has been set just 10 days ago by a superior judge just 10 days ago. So what prompted this guy to write such report ? Must be something to do NS.
