But the way his mother respond on the media i think it was done using force.

Legally prescribed "Islamic" rates of murders

In Saudi Arabia, when a person has been killed or caused to die by another, the prescribed blood money rates are as follows:[SUP][9][/SUP]

• 100,000 riyals if the victim is a Muslim man
• 50,000 riyals if a Muslim woman
• 50,000 riyals if a Christian or Jewish man
• 25,000 riyals if a Christian or Jewish woman

میرے محترم بھائی۔۔۔۔ یہ قانون اللہ کی طرف سے ہے اور قرآن میں آیا ہے۔ مجھے پتا ہے کہ ہم جذباتی قوم ہے اور اسلیئے ہم اس طرح اس قانون کے استعمال سے ناخوش ہیں۔ لیکن ہمارے ملک میں اس قانون کا مذاق اڑایا جاتا ہے۔ جو امیر ہوتا ہے وہ پیسے دیکر دیت کے نام پر اور قاتل کو نکال لیتا ہے۔ اگر اس کا صحیح استعمال ہوتا تو قرآن کے مطابق اگر دیت دی جاتی تو قصاص نہیں دی جائیگی لیکن تعزیر تو پھر بھی دے سکتے ہیں۔ ہمارے عدلیہ کو چاہئے کہ دیت دینے کے بعد ملزم کو بری نا کرے بلکہ جرم کے نوعیت کے مطابق تعزیری سزا دے جو کہ قید ہوسکتی ہے۔ اب اگر میں فیصلہ کرتا بطور جج تو جب دیت دی گئی تو میں پھانسی نہیں دیتا لیکن چونکہ ملزم کو پشیمانی بھی نہیں اور اس نے زور زبردستی بھی کی اور پھر فرار بھی ہوگیا تو میں اس کو تعزیرا دس سال کیلئے اندر بھیج دیتا اور ساتھ میں جرمانے کی سزا بھی دیتا۔

[size=5.2]اے ایمان والو مقتولوں میں برابری کرنا تم پر فرض کیا گیا ہے آزاد بدلے آزاد کے اور غلام بدلے غلام کے اور عورت بدلے عورت کے پس جسے اس کے بھائی کی طرف سے کچھ بھی معاف کیا جائے تو دستور کے موافق مطالبہ کرنا چاہیئے اور اسے نیکی کے ساتھ ادا کرنا چاہیئے یہ تمہارے رب کی طرف سے آسانی اور مہربانی ہے پس جو اس کے بعد زیادتی کرے تو اس کے لیے دردناک عذاب ہے (۱۷۸) ]اور اے عقلمندو تمہارے لیے قصاص میں زندگی ہے تاکہ تم (خونریزی سے) بچو (۱۷۹)
