JC ka wrong decision hai.. report ki tashreeh ker k khud public ker dety tu kisy ko bhi bolny ka moka nahi milta... ek farek ko copy dy di or wo raat sai dhedora pit reha hai usi hisy ka jo us k haq main hai. or dosra farek intezar main kab copy mily.

Ya to JC khud iski parh k sunatee woh b din ki roshni main ya tamam parties ko iski copy detay.

O chawal. It wasn't like other cases where one party goes to court against the other and the court summons the other.

It was on request of the GOVERNMENT that had constituted the JC. like in 'ISI Vs Saleem Shehzad' Commission, 'Hamid Mir Commission' and so many other special judicial commissions. The Commission in these cases hears all sides and submits the final report to the Law Ministry BECAUSE it was Law Ministry that requested it .

Moreover, there is not ONE but tens of political parties that became party(PPP,PTI,,PMLQ etc.) against the election commission in JC. Should JC send its report to every single party? If not, why just PTI?
