These three judges have shamed damned and killed justice system that is already under severe attack by the critics. The Judicial Commission refusal to accept that any massive vote rigging and manipulating occurred during May 2013 general election is beyond comprehension and belief. They have mocked and ridiculed dignity and integrity of the name of justice and fairness in the society and encouraged dishonesty, insincerity and criminality to prosper in the country with this verdict.
No where else in the world any three honest and intelligent judges would have come to the same conclusion with the video evidence, mobile photos, witnesses statements and other evidences presented to them that My 2013 general election were fair, honest and free of massive vote rigging and manipulating. I believe that this verdict will definitely be remembered as the bleakest and darkest chapter in Pakistani justice system. It was a mendacity, perfidy and miscarriage of justice that over hundred million electorate of Pakistan were deceived of their freedom to vote at their free will.
Have they got no ears to hear, no eyes to see and no brain cells to think? I am certain that Pakistanis will refuse to accept this verdict and reaffirm their support for Imran Khan’s call for end to two-party rule and collaboration (muk muka) between the three most corrupt political parties in Pakistan. PTI will emerge as a victim of Pakistan's judiciary and win more hearts and minds of Pakistani voters.I believe that today 23 July 2015 is a day for mourning for over one hundred million Pakistanis but not for PML-N die- hard supporters who are rejoicing Judicial commission’s multiple findings that no proof of organized vote rigging, ballot boxes tampering, ballot papers fiddling occurred during May 2013 general election is beyond belief to millions of intelligent electorate of Pakistan.
In western democracies if it were found that in a general or local authority election few hundred votes cast were suspected or dubious, the constituency result would have been declared null and void. But according to this Judicial Commission finding millions of irregular votes cast in 2013 general election did not constitute any illegality or affected a constituency result. This is amazing, baffling, intriguing and beyond belief and I have no hesitation in saying that the report was not written by a judge but by a politician belonging to PML-N. It is a report that has exonerated PML-N of any wrong doing but accused PTI in particular of falsehood and its inability to substantiate any proof to prove their allegations.
