If the Judicial Commission conclusions are unfortunately and sadly found favouring PML-N, it would justify continuation of ballot papers rigging, ballot boxes tampering and encouraging massive deception of electoral process and stealing electorate mandate.
It would then be assumed that justice was politically influenced and compassion took over the final judgement depriving the masses of Pakistan of fair, honest and rigged free election in the future.I believe that it would be a very sad day in the history of Pakistan.
When rendering justice there should neverbe any element of compassion but execution of rigid justice favouring no one but upholding of absolute justice as was practiced in the times of Hazrat Umar (RWT) sparing no one even his own son. If justice were to be confined to the law books and litigation, it would fail to reach an ordinary person because man-made justice was written for the privileged, by the privileged and in favour of the privileged few.
I should hope and expect that Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan used his common sense and did not seek clues only in the law books before declaring his final verdict on massive vote rigging, vote manipulation and notorious ballot box tampering in Pakistan’s 2013 general election.
