Just thinking if anyone on this forum have any knowledge about the job situation in Gulf? if yes which are the best websites for job hunt in GULF? anyone had any experience and luck in finding job online?

Yes, I was previously working in Gulf (Dubai), finding job depends on many things first sector in which you are looking for work, your experience, contacts, expectations etc.

Yeah and the best way to find a job is to be onsite. so get a visit visa and go live there for 3 months and look for work while your there. Sitting from Pakistan and applying on the internet ONLY rarely works if you have some specialised experience or your involved in some highly skilled work.

Also, try to get in touch with a friend or a relative or any other acquaintance in Dubai and see if you can ask them to refer you to a prospective emplioyer. Personal network remains the best way to find a good job in Dubai.

gnads4u and dubizzle are pathetic websites and post only cheap jobs.. as rightly mentioned by Fakir, best way is to get a visit visa and find a job onsite. 90% of hiring is done onsite. very rare chance while applying online.

secondly there are few famous Recruitment Consultants i.e IT people, CSC , bitech, NIT etc which can help and can hire u as consultant..these are IT related, search online for other fields.
