Invest in people to lift them up for future leadership in all sectors.
India wants to split Pakistan into small mini states in order to keep them as a clients just like Rajas or Maharajahs. get rid of one mighty arms forces ,make a subordinate leaders to dance on Hindu tunes. make free passage to central Asia by road ,train & Air links.
