But sorry to say
They will build but ALLAH SWT send other disaster on them.
WHY
1- JAPAN HAS BIGGEST ADULTARY INDUSTRY IN FORM OF "LOVE HOTELS".
2- JAPAN HAS LOWEST INTEREST RATES WITH BIGGEST INTEREST BASED LOAN SYSTEM.

These two things make them suffer again and again.
Because these two things ANNOY ALLAH SWT most.
And dearest to SATAN.
And ALLAH knows better.
