i appreciate you for your courage ...i also hate N LEAGUE @Qureshi1975..budget is made every year .if from total APPROX 1800 days of 5 years of NOORI GOVT this heavy budget project can be accomplished in 90 to 200 days as they need to get a badge (nishaan e mertro bus) to go in election campaign..that means they have been wasted 1600 golden days of pakistan .if they would complete or proceed in such a way punjab would have been in better condition..
