The court has no jurisdiction to violate the functions of the executive.
It is contrary to the doctrine of the separation of powers between the executive, the judiciary and the parliament and the Rule of Law which the constitution of Pakistan guarantees in addition to the constitutions all over the world.
If as a result, the lawlessness and terrorism spreads, who will be responsible - Mr. Athar menallah or the Islamabad High Court
Mr. Athar mehallah money makes the mare go - this is what you have learned from the judges restoration movement.
You people must take pity on this country.

So Executive Magistrates i.e. Magistrates that were basically Civil Servants were fine with you. PML N government used EXECUTIVE MAGISTRATES to give 14 day remands of PTI workers without even seeing the faces of those workers.
Where was the distribution of executive and judiciary then ?

Just to keep the record straight. It was Ather Minallah's sister Samar Minallah, who released the Swat Flogging video of a lady being flogged by the taliban. The video became a catalyst to launch Swat Operation.
Swat operation was a success, however, the video was later proved to be fake and fabricated.
