THE REAL STORY
SO LET'S CONNECT THE DOTS:
Altaf Hussain, Mohammad Anwer and company asked their financiers RAW to help solv the money laundring case. After discussing it with their MI6 links, RAW advised MQM to disclose India as the providers of this money and that to cover it up MQM would provide some proofs of donations from Pakistan businessmen. Altaf Hussain, Anwer and other senior MQM leaders then followed the advice and sent Tariq Mir to Scotland Yard with the information. They then hoped that RAW would fix the matter with MI6 for them.
The copy of Tariq Mir's statement which was with MQM then somehow got handed over to ISI by someone of the senior leadership in MQM international headquarters who was now working for ISI.
On getting hold on this statement, first of all ISI ordered Rao Anwer to disclose the links between RAW and MQM. And he did exactly that. Rao was taken of his duty for a few days to do the official, but then reinstalled after a few days.
After a few days again, Owen Bennett Jones was contacted by the Pakistani agency and was provided with the hard proof in the shape of Tariq Mir's statement. But sure he got the report with sensitive matters blacked out.
Some one in BBC management informed RAW about the coming article and the evidence behind it. RAW felt like losing face here. India had been asking for a hard proof of indian involvement in Pakistan. And Pakistan had now provided exactly that, not through the diplomatic channels as in the past but through the most recognised western media outlet.
India couldn't hide their face and so was made to go on its knees and accept their involvements in Pakistan through non other than an open statement by the defence minister. And then as the bully boys do, to hide their filthy face of aiding terrorism, they decided to attack instead of defending their position. And since then we saw Modi, Parrikar and every one on offensive. bania thought "attack is the best defence".
But now, Pakistani agency has decided that all proofs in other matters too will be given to the media in the future because giving them to US and UK did not help much in the past. ISI will now be making utmost efforts to get a network in the international media and that all pakistan foriegn envoys would do the same. At last they might be on the right track,
That's what I have been writting about in many of my comments, that no use going to US, UK, UNO etc with the proofs. Go to international media, and let your envoys use your links in top most media to expose the enemy. After all if we hyper react to an article about us in NYT then India would surely feel the same heat, specially when they are asking for mega investments.
- Why the media doesn't go deeper in to the MQM funding story and connect the dots?
- Why did Tariq Mir voluntarily go to Scotland yard and tell about Indian funding to MQM?
- Didn't Tariq Mir do it with Altaf Hussain and Anwer's consent?
- Why did the indian defence minister (Parrikar) admit to aiding trouble making groups in Pakistan just before Owen Bennett Jones brought up his story in BBC?
- Why did Rao Anwer come in the open to declare MQM - India connections?
