I disagree with the strike of YDA but everyone should watch this clip to know how Punjab Govt prints JHOOTAY ads in papers to befool awam...The demands of drs is not for pay raise but for service structure and govt is making false claims that they are giving the doctors enough already...I repeat that i disagree with the strikes of drs but false claims on behalf of Punjab Govt is not doing any good in keeping smpathies of doctors like mine who are working 24/7 and are not on strike...
All doctors are demanding is a service structure which will exclude beurocracy role in postings,transfers etc...Allah ka wasta hai shehbaz saheb aik dafah daikho tau saheh kay Saeed Elahi waghaira kar kia rahay hain health dept main..For everyone please listen to the whole clip...

YDA Demands of service structure is similar to what Federal has given to its doctors...

for those who still dont know completely :

YDAP service structure demand includes
1)-division of drs in 4 cadres
a-general
b-teaching
c-administrative
d-consultants
2)-raising induction grades
MO:18
Senior Registrar:19
Assistant prof:20 with 5 increments
Associate prof:21
3)-5 extra increments to MO/PGR after post graduation
4)-seats for SR,AMS&consultant should b 50% inducted,50% promoted
5)-time scale promotion according to PMDC
6)-MOs should b promoted to SR after post graduation
7)-pay scale reforms
HPA=basic pay
NPA=double basic pay
PGR pay=pay of newly inducted MO
HO pay=half of MO pay
8)-attachment of DHQ with teaching hospital with 3 month rotation of consultants&medical teams to DHQ
9)-proper referrel system from DHQ


Now tell me whats wrong in these demands??? Where are they demanding pay raise?? Punjab Govt Jawab do​
