Also, in my humble opinion we Muslims should always go for the lesser evil when facing options. Take permission from parents first, if this is not possible go straight for Nikah, as this will immediately kill the evil plans of Shaytan.
Because, remember Permission of parents is preferable, Nikah is Halal, and Zina is Haram.

That's not one of your democratic rules that you can apply willy nilly.
Democracy follows popular opinion, and if a popular opinion is that Alcohol is legal, gambling is legal, Islam is still not suppose to bent to it.
This issue on the other hand is much more personal and depends on several factors. Women are human beings and should not be treated as assets.

Basically, the issue is that Men want to control their women (daughters, wives, and sisters), even when they want to do something Halal.
That is how actually women like Marvi Sarmad and Asma Jahangir exploit the women in our society and take them away from religion, by showing the controlling nature of men. The end result is that women become feminists and think all men are hypocrites.

AAp ko aik Mazhan pora follow kerna perta hai....apni pasand ke rulings aap nhi utha saktay..........

Imam Shafi was a student of Imam Malik and Imam Humbal was a student of Imam Shafi.......so aap ko in teen mazhab ke rulings almost aik jaisee nazar aainge......these 3 mazhabs are based mostly in Arab words, and african countries..excluding Iraq........Hanafi you will find mostly in Iraq, Turket, Sub continent....

I agree with you. But it is sad reality that people try to mould Islam according to their needs. The evils like Halala, Mutah, rejection of teen talaq etc. are basically in existence for the benefit of this world and material possessions.

Yeah Jani ke tarah ke loug hote hain jo Talaq ke baad Molvian ke peeche bhaag rahe hote hain keh 5000/- ka fatwa likh do keh talaq nahin hui.
