police man is rightly punishing him for endangering his life and property ....
what made this stupid man wash his rikshaw in middle of sea ? and secondly police man is not beating him up........its a school teacher type of punishment ........which is justice on the spot...

I will warm requested to the Honour CJ SB this is the time to clean such dirty things from the socity
This was actually a dangerious to wash Riksha in Sea
BUT
That is a blunder the stupid POLICE MAN is playing with his whole family if waves come and take RIKSHA away in deep water WHO will look after his poor family
Do you know he can be the only one responsible of whole family
These both are the actually Management fault
Who let the people go in such dangerious places and from where the police got training to PLAY with this poor ones.

I fully support this action of the police.You shold not wellcome people like this man who is washing his rickshaw in the sea.Its this police responsibility to keep the people away from danger area around the sea.If anything happens to this man this poor police man would be declared responsible for his action.Another thing that everyone is obsessed with that we should not drag cheif justice in every matter neither he should do himself untill the matter is related to national security or loss of national assetts.As a nation we should now grow up .we should make ourselves responsible for our own action.
