IS JC Decision Fair (comment not as a PTI supporter)

How many people think JC decision is fair? JC nay corroupt logon ko incourage kiya hai k next time jub be rigging karni ho tu please in points ko mind main rakhna , make sure Form 15-16 gayeb hoon, ID card number original hoon lakin thumb impression fake hoon, ballot boxes election k baad khol lo aur jo dil main aye karo, Kiyon k ab tu aap k pass reference ho ga JC k is fasalay ka,

SO dont worry and use all these tricks in election all the time as it does not come in the rigging, With due respect to the Judiciary, what about the RO's role, What about those people who voted for others by using their ID card numbers without their own thumb impression, What about those who misplaced the Form 15-16,

What about the EC, Extra bellot papers, open videos on rigging on social media, Did JC say anything abuout these people, Now for PTI, IK must should work on KP instead of leaving on Perviz Khattak, Also they need to get right for the foreigners to vote and also to introduce the electronice voting system,

If PTI does not do these I will not be surprise in 2018 if PTI looses again, Also I beg to my captain please perform in KP and do something differnet and efficient, I would say poor PPPP who's PM was disqualified by the Superreme court for just Insulting the Judiciary (According to Judiciary). why Judge does not take any action against the Prosecutor if they do not do their work.

Judicial commission should have probed the ECP, ROS and other involved in the election process or they should have refused to conduct any such inquiry where they not allowed to fully investigate.
It was not meant to bring PTI in power and send PMLN govt home.
This was demanded to stop such practices in futures and stop the criminals enter the parliament.
There was no need to bring the evidences. The JC could have called the MEDIA HOUSES who were showing the rigging live on the day of elections.
No body leave any traces of rigging it was for the JC to understand and made a decision to stop any such practices in future.
This incomplete decision will encourage lower judiciary to do corruption as no one is there to prosecute them.
JC should have not met the PM and Leadership of ANP during the process of finding.

The statements of all politicians are on record where they claimed rigging has been done all over the country but JC didn't bother to ask them to answers.

I really feel sorry for the people of Pakistan they are living in such a mess where their judiciary won't be able to give them justice from top to bottom in the judicial system its very hard for the ordinary public to get justice from these courts ,indian are our enemies but i always a great admirer of indian justice system they are not 100% fairer but they are far better than ours,theh a corrupt judges as well but not as much as in Pakistan how openly they get incentives from the corrupt rulers for their children in the form of plots, foriegn scholarships,jobs and money and gauranteed jobs after retirments ,i was shocked upon the outcome of JC report ,only insane person would bluntly says that the election in 2013 are free fair and transparent ,in the end i would only pray for our country Pakistan

No one found guilty in Model town Incident and also same in JC decision about 2013 rigging

PTI did mistakes concenring terms of reference also the 35 puncture issue, they could have I think represented the case better. However the only reason PML N agreed upon the JC is that they knew they will get out of it scot free.

JC commission were very well aware that riging takes place to high level inside country, they should have done the minumum by ensuring that a free and fair system to be implemented until next elections which includes bio metric system, without interference of police and patwari in booths, this should have been highlighted.

To be fair JC should have said that high irregularities have taken place with form 15 missing, ink issue etc, also 25 million unverified, video evidence of rigging taking place etc, testimonies of people saying rigging has taken place.

I think the whole process was planned including people involved in JC commission, the whole system is polluted with corruption and lies. Status QUo and there machinery is against IK. That is the bottom line...............

محترم آپ دودھ میں پیشاب کی مثال دے کر کیوں اپنے موقف کو مضبوط بنانے کی ناکام کوشش کر رہے ہیں ، یہاں غیر شفاف سے مراد غلطیاں ہیں جو عملہ کے مناسب طور پہ تربیت یافتہ نہ ہو نے اوران کی لا پرائیوں سے ہو تی ہیں ، مثلاٰ انگوٹھوں کے نشانوں کا صیحح طور پہ نہ لگ سکنا ، فارم ،14 ،15 فارم کسی دوسرے تھلے میں ڈال دینا یا سرے سے بھول جانا ۔ اس طرح کی غلطیاں تب تک ہو تی رہیں گی جب تک الیکشن ری فورمز نہیں کی جاتیں ۔ اس کے لئے عمران خان کو سنجیدہ کردار ادا کرنا ہو گا ، فوجیوں کے کہنے پہ ایک جائز اور منتخب حکومت کا تختہ الٹنے کی سازش کرنا ایک قبیح اور قابل مذمت فعل تھا۔ 2013 الیکشن میں ن لیگ کا مینڈیٹ سو فی صد اصلی ہے ۔ تمام اوپنئین پولز اور عوامی سروے یہی بتا رہے تھے اگر آپ چاہتے ہیں تو میں ایک ایک حلقے پہ آپ سے بات کرنے پہ تیا ر ہوں ، آپ کو تو یہ بھی پتہ نہیں کہ تاریک انساف کے امیدواروں کی کتنے حلقوں میں ضمانتیں ضبط ہو ئیں اور کتنے حلقوں میں اس کے امیدوار وں کی تیسری یا چوتھی پوزیشن تھی ۔ 2008 میں ن لیگ 93 نشستوں پہ جیت سکتی ہے تو 2013 میں 126 پہ کیوں نہیں جبکہ 2013 میں ن لیگ کے لئے حا لات زیادہ سازگار تھے، ن لیگ نے مضبوط امیدواروں کو ٹکٹ جاری کئے ، اچھی کیمپین چلائی ، پی پی پی اور ق لیگ سے متنفر ووٹروں کی اکثریت نے ن لیگ کو بہتر آپشن جانتے ہو ئے اسے ووٹ دئیے ۔ تاریک انساف کے حامیوں کو شدید خوش فہمی ہے کہ دھاندلی سے اسے ہروایا گیا ایسا کچھ نہیں تھا ایسا ہو تا تو کے پی کے میں وہ اکثریت سے کبھی نہ جیت پاتی ۔ حالیہ کنٹونمنٹ بورڈ اور ضمنی الیکشن کے نتائج ن لیگ کی مقبولیت کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے۔ لوگوں کی اکثریت ن لیگ پہ اعتماد کرتی ہے یہی حقیقت ہے۔ آپ بھی حقیقت کو تسلیم کر لیں

We heard a lot about the word "Organized Rigging" in the recent Inquiry commission report about the rigging in election 2013. It concluded that they did not find any "Organized Rigging" in election. However, the report itself is full of the the things which they described as"irregularities" such as:



1. Massive missing of form 15 from the bags, which is the requisite document to prepare election result

2. Missing of election bags in different constituencies

3. Broken seals of a large numbers of election bags

4. Stuffing of garbage and dirt in the election bags

5. Non availability of voter lists in large number of bags, which is essential to verify, how many votes were polled

Let's see what is defined by the word Organized in English language:



Planned

Prepared

Controlled



Now can anyone explain that all the above noted so-called irregularities can be carried out without any of the above meanings of "Organized" or it is just happened without the knowledge of concerned quarters?

It is oblivious that all of the above was planned, prepared and controlled to get desired result.

Is there any doubt now that these election were full of "Organized Rigging"



But our blind judiciary can't see these simple things, as they don't want to expose the corrupt Maffias in Judicary (Returning Officers), who were main part and parcel of this massive "Organized Rigging"

Let's continue to expose these elements together and get rid of this corrupt system and strive for the establishment of Dean Islam, which is the only way of survival of mankind. Ameen.
