Police is badnaam because PML N has brought in people who do not have merit and are gunde. That is why they are known as Gullu butt police
As for courts we all remember the attack on it in the 90's by noon league. The reason they are badnaam is because there performance is bad and they are influenced by NS, that is why courts have a nickname NS Courts.
As for army they have been attacked by GEO news which is associated with PML N, also it was NS who bad mouthed army when he went to India, it is NS who is against army.
Both IK and NS did not want operation against TTP because they felt the aftermath will be very bad. If IK is agent of TTP because he wanted negotiation too succeed that would mean NS is also agent because he wanted the same.
