Ishrat-ul-Ibad Khan is, as of 2008, the Governor of the province of Sindh in Pakistan.

Dr Ishrat, with the completion of 5 years yet as the Governor of Sindh. Dr Ishrat Ul Ebad has solved many crises which no Governor has done in the past. He has controlled many fatal situations such as the cataclysm on 12th May 2007. With all his efforts, working day and night, he has controlled the law and order very carefully
