Can Jinn be controlled?
Apart from the above video which is definitely video edited, I would like to remove the misconception that Jinn power can be used by humans.
Using the jinn as a power that was given only to Sulaymaan (عليه السلام). Hence when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) wanted to tie up a jinn whom he had overcome during his prayer, he remembered the du’aa’ of Sulayman and did not do that. source
Following is the Hadeeth regarding above incidence:
Abu Darda' reported: Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) stood up (to pray) and we heard him say:" I seek refuge in Allah from thee." Then said:" curse thee with Allah's curse" three times, then he stretched out his hand as though he was taking hold of something. When he finished the prayer, we said: Messenger of Allah, we heard you say something during the prayer which we have not heard you say before, and we saw you stretch out your hand. He replied: Allah's enemy Iblis came with a flame of fire to put it in my face, so I said three times:" I Seek refuge in Allah from thee." Then I said three times:" I curse thee with Allah's full curse." But he did not retreat (on any one of these) three occasions. Thereafter I meant to seize him. I swear by Allah that had it not been for the supplication of my brother Sulaiman he would have been bound, and made an object of sport for the children of Medina. (Sahih Muslim; Book #004, Hadith #1106)
And following is the verse of (Qur'an 38:35) where Prophet Sulaiman (عليه السلام) supplicated to Allah about his Kingdom:
فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ الرِّيحَ تَجْرِي بِأَمْرِهِ رُخَاءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ
36. So, We subjected to him the wind; it blew gently by his order whithersoever he willed,
وَالشَّيَاطِينَ كُلَّ بَنَّاءٍ وَغَوَّاصٍ
37. And also the Shayatin (devils) from the jinn (including) every kind of builder and diver,
وَآخَرِينَ مُقَرَّنِينَ فِي الْأَصْفَادِ
38. And also others bound in fetters.

And indeed, We did try Sulaiman (Solomon) and We placed on his throne Jasad (a devil, so he lost his kingdom for a while) and he did return (to Allah with obedience and in repentance, and to his throne and kingdom by the Grace of Allah).
اور ہم نے سلیمان کو آزمایا تھا اور اس کی کرسی پر ایک دھڑ ڈال دیا تھا پھر وہ رجوع ہوا
قَالَ رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَهَبْ لِي مُلْكًا لَّا يَنبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ مِّن بَعْدِي ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْوَهَّابُ
35. He said: "My Lord! Forgive me, and bestow upon me a kingdom such as shall not belong to any other after me: Verily, You are the Bestower."
کہا اے میرے رب! مجھے معاف کر اور مجھے ایسی حکومت عنایت فرما کہ کسی کو میرے بعد شایاں نہ ہو بے شک تو بہت بڑا عنایت کرنے والا ہے
فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ الرِّيحَ تَجْرِي بِأَمْرِهِ رُخَاءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ
پھر ہم نے ہوا کو اس کے تابع کر دیا کہ وہ اس کے حکم سے بڑی نرمی سے چلتی تھی جہاں اسے پہنچنا ہوتا تھا
وَالشَّيَاطِينَ كُلَّ بَنَّاءٍ وَغَوَّاصٍ
اور شیطان کو جو سب معمار اور غوطہ زن تھے
وَآخَرِينَ مُقَرَّنِينَ فِي الْأَصْفَادِ
اور دوسروں کو جو زنجیروں میں جکڑے ہوئے تھے
